Honestly the treatment of Froppy by the fanbase is more the symptom of a larger issue with Rule 34 as a cultural "thing" in that all characters are viewed by these people as pornable even if it's fucked up and any attempts at restraint/boundaries are viewed as "Censorship" . I could elaborate, but even as a weirdo pervert I will admit there's a reason that more and more my evaluation of NSFW art culture includes the phrase "Cleansing white fire"
